These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through glowfills.com and govern your use of our website.
Please review these Terms together with all applicable supporting policies before submitting an Order, and keep a copy for your records.
We are GLOWFILLS.
Throughout these Terms, βweβ, βusβ, βourβ and βSellerβ mean GLOWFILLS.
For these Terms:
Buyer, you or your: The individual or legal entity submitting an Order. Anyone purchasing on behalf of an organisation confirms that they have authority to represent that organisation.
Products: Medical aesthetic, beauty, skincare and related goods made available through the website.
Order: Your request to purchase Products through the website or through an invoice issued by us.
Contract: The agreement created when we accept your Order in accordance with Section 4.
Business Buyer: A Buyer purchasing for purposes connected with their trade, profession or business.
Consumer: An individual purchasing for purposes outside their trade, profession or business, where recognised as a consumer under applicable law.
These Terms operate together with the policies provided before purchase, including our:
Shipping Policy.
Refund, Return and Replacement Policy.
Our Privacy Policy separately describes how personal information is handled.
If provisions conflict, the following order of priority applies:
Mandatory applicable law.
Express written terms specifically agreed for the Order.
These Terms and Conditions.
Supporting policies.
A general exclusion elsewhere in our policies cannot override an express Delivery guarantee or commitment that duties and taxes are included.
Terms proposed by a Buyer apply only where we expressly agree to them in writing.
Our website is primarily intended for licensed healthcare professionals, authorised clinics and businesses legally entitled to purchase the relevant Products.
Products restricted to professional use are not supplied for unauthorised personal use or self-administration.
Holding a training certificate alone does not necessarily establish legal authority to purchase, prescribe or administer a regulated Product.
Before submitting an Order, you are responsible for confirming that the particular Products may legally be purchased, imported, possessed and used in the destination country.
If you intend to resell or distribute Products, you must also determine whether those activities are permitted.
Requirements vary according to the Product and jurisdiction. Before ordering, you must:
Determine the regulatory status of the specific Product in the destination country.
Confirm that you are legally entitled to purchase and receive it.
Obtain any licences, prescriptions, import permits or other authorisations required for your purchase and intended activities.
Check restrictions applicable to storage, handling, administration, resale or distribution.
Seek clarification from the relevant local authority where you are uncertain about a requirement.
By placing an Order, you confirm that:
You have checked the requirements applying to the Products ordered.
You possess the qualifications, licences and permissions required for your purchase and intended activities.
All information and documents supplied by you are accurate, complete and current.
You will comply with legal requirements applicable to your activities.
You will promptly notify us of restrictions or changes that could affect lawful fulfilment.
The listing of a Product, availability of a shipping option, successful payment or acceptance of an Order does not constitute confirmation that the Product has local regulatory approval or may legally be imported or used.
Approval or availability in one jurisdiction does not establish approval in another.
We may request professional registration information, business details, import permissions or other supporting documents.
Checks conducted by us do not replace your responsibility to establish and comply with requirements applicable to you.
Where verification or a prescription is legally required before we can supply a Product, fulfilment will not proceed until those requirements have been completed.
We may suspend, reject or cancel an Order where:
Eligibility cannot be established.
Required documentation is unavailable.
Information supplied is inaccurate or misleading.
Lawful supply cannot be confirmed.
If your failure to satisfy an applicable requirement causes delay, refusal, return or another loss, you may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for reasonable and documented costs directly resulting from that failure.
Refunds and replacements will be assessed under the applicable policies, shipping commitments made for the Order and mandatory law.
Nothing in this section transfers to you an obligation legally imposed upon us or excludes responsibility for our own breach.
Where an unrestricted Product is lawfully supplied to a Consumer, applicable consumer protections continue to apply. Merely describing a transaction as βprofessionalβ does not override the Buyer's legal status.
Product listings invite you to submit an Order and do not constitute an unconditional commitment by us to supply.
The ordering process operates as follows:
Submitting an Order constitutes your offer to purchase Products under these Terms.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your Order but does not itself constitute acceptance.
We accept an Order when we expressly confirm acceptance in writing or Dispatch the Products, whichever occurs first.
Any required eligibility or regulatory checks must be completed before supply.
Before acceptance, we may decline an Order because of Product availability, payment issues, material listing errors, Delivery restrictions or regulatory requirements.
If we have already received payment for an Order that we decline, the amount paid will be refunded.
If a Product becomes unavailable, we will explain the available alternatives.
We will not substitute another Product or a materially different specification without your agreement.
Please review your Order carefully and contact us promptly if any information requires correction.
We aim to provide accurate Product descriptions, quantities, specifications and prices.
Products supplied must correspond with their description and any specifications agreed when the Contract is formed.
Please note that:
Packaging, labelling and presentation may differ between markets or following manufacturer updates.
Such variations must not materially alter the agreed Product or compromise required labelling, conformity or safety information.
Relevant information concerning market-specific versions or reduced shelf life will be disclosed before purchase.
Product photographs are illustrative; written specifications and expressly agreed details form part of the Product description.
Product availability may change before an Order is accepted.
Regulatory status depends upon the particular Product and destination.
We will not knowingly fulfil an Order where supply would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms authorises the supply of unapproved or restricted Products contrary to applicable law.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or specified in the applicable quotation or invoice.
Before you submit an Order, we will disclose:
Product price.
Shipping charges.
Taxes collected by us.
Any additional charges payable directly to us.
Where a charge cannot reasonably be calculated beforehand, we will explain how it will be determined.
Import duties, destination taxes and customs-clearance fees depend upon the selected shipping service, as described in Section 10.
Your bank or payment provider may separately charge transfer fees or currency-conversion costs. These charges are separate from our prices unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Prices may change for future purchases.
The price of an accepted Order will not be increased without your agreement.
If we discover a material pricing error before acceptance, we will provide the corrected price and allow you to proceed at that price or cancel.
Unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing, payment must be received in full as cleared funds before Dispatch.
When making payment, you must:
Follow the payment instructions provided for your Order.
Include the correct Order or invoice reference.
Pay the entire amount due.
Not deduct bank fees or anticipated store credit unless we authorise the deduction.
A payment receipt may assist with verification but does not replace confirmation that funds have cleared.
Where payment is incomplete or cannot be matched to your Order, processing may be delayed while we contact you.
Nothing in this section restricts any right of set-off or withholding that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to review and approval:
Transfers of EUR 300β800 inclusive may qualify for up to USD 30 in store credit toward documented transfer fees.
Transfers above EUR 800 may qualify for store credit covering the full documented transfer fee.
Transfers below EUR 300 are not eligible.
To request this support:
Provide evidence within 30 days of the transfer.
Ensure the evidence identifies the transfer amount, date and applicable fee.
Include the relevant Order or invoice number.
Support cannot exceed the eligible transfer fee actually paid.
Foreign-exchange losses are excluded unless otherwise agreed.
For payments made in another currency, eligibility will be assessed using the EUR equivalent recorded for the Order.
Approved support is issued as store credit rather than a cash reimbursement. Any applicable redemption conditions will be disclosed when the credit is approved.
This programme does not replace a monetary refund required by law.
We:
Operate the website.
Process Orders and confirm payments.
Provide customer support.
Arrange fulfilment through relevant suppliers and logistics partners.
We do not manufacture the Products or provide clinical services.
Products may be dispatched from facilities located in South Korea or other locations identified for the Order.
Fulfilment may involve separate consignments or transportation through a regional logistics hub.
Our use of third-party suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment providers or carriers does not remove our contractual responsibilities or obligations imposed upon us by applicable law.
Responsibilities concerning sale, distribution, importation, traceability and Product safety depend upon the actual transaction and supply arrangements.
Available Delivery methods, charges and estimated timeframes are provided at checkout, through our Shipping Policy or in your written quotation.
Delivery periods are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Where processing and transit periods are stated separately, both must be considered when estimating arrival.
You must:
Provide a complete and accurate Delivery address.
Supply current contact information.
Monitor available tracking information.
Arrange for receipt of the shipment.
Respond reasonably to carrier requests and communications from our support team.
Promptly notify us about Delivery problems.
We remain available as your point of contact for assistance with Delivery issues.
Where stock confirmation, documentation or another decision is required from you, we may request a response within 24 hours to maintain the anticipated processing schedule.
A later response may delay fulfilment.
We may divide an Order into separate consignments where appropriate.
Any additional shipping charges require your agreement before they are incurred.
If an incorrect address, unjustified refusal or failure to provide required information results in additional expenses, we may recover reasonable and documented costs where permitted by law.
Any chargeable redelivery costs will be explained before redelivery is arranged.
A tracking status does not itself prevent investigation where Delivery is genuinely disputed.
Applicable rights concerning delayed or failed Delivery remain unaffected.
Where clearly disclosed before purchase, you are responsible for applicable destination duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges not included in the Order total.
Where your selected service expressly includes customs clearance, duties and import taxes, we are responsible for the services and charges covered by that commitment.
If a carrier requests payment of a covered charge:
Contact us promptly.
Provide the payment notice and shipment reference.
If you have already paid the amount, provide evidence of payment.
We will review the charge and arrange payment or reimbursement of a verified amount covered by the purchased service.
Before ordering, you must establish the destination country's import requirements for the specific Products and obtain permissions that are legally your responsibility.
You must provide accurate recipient information and documentation required from you for lawful customs clearance.
A shipping service that includes duties, taxes or customs-clearance assistance does not provide regulatory approval or replace licences, prescriptions or import permissions required by law.
Any importer-of-record arrangement must accurately reflect the shipment and applicable law.
We remain responsible for our express shipping commitments and obligations legally imposed upon us.
Customs or other authorities may inspect, delay or refuse a shipment.
Where this occurs, we will assess:
The reason for the authority's action.
Requirements applicable to the shipment.
Responsibilities of each party.
Shipping service purchased.
Any applicable Delivery guarantee.
Remedies required by law.
A customs event does not automatically remove refund or replacement rights.
Likewise, purchasing a shipping service does not excuse a Buyer from obtaining permissions that are legally their responsibility.
Please inspect your shipment promptly after Delivery for:
Missing or incorrect Products.
Visible damage.
Compromised seals or packaging.
Other concerns affecting Product condition or identity.
Report problems according to the procedure in our Refund, Return and Replacement Policy.
Where reasonably available, provide:
Order number.
Description of the issue.
Photographs of the Products and packaging.
Relevant batch or lot information.
Delivery date.
Keep affected Products and relevant packaging available while an investigation is underway.
Do not use or resell a Product suspected of being damaged, defective or otherwise compromised.
Prompt reporting assists us in investigating carrier and supplier Claims.
Signing for Delivery, opening the outer shipping carton or failing to identify a hidden defect immediately does not waive rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Following receipt, Products must be stored and handled according to their labelling and applicable manufacturer requirements.
Temperature-sensitive Products must be prepared and transported using arrangements suitable for their documented requirements.
Insulated packaging and cooling materials will be used where necessary.
The condition of an ice pack alone does not determine whether a Product remains suitable for use.
Temperature-related concerns must instead be evaluated using relevant Product requirements and available shipment information.
If you suspect a temperature-related issue:
Separate the Product from inventory intended for use or resale.
Continue following its labelled storage requirements.
Contact us promptly with relevant shipment details.
Do not use or distribute the Product until its suitability has been established.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for inadequate packaging, unsuitable transportation arrangements or Products supplied in a compromised condition.
Our Refund, Return and Replacement Policy explains applicable Claim procedures and supporting-information requirements.
Submit amendment or cancellation requests promptly.
Once fulfilment has begun, requested changes may no longer be operationally possible.
Any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Return restrictions may apply because of Product condition, broken seals, perishability or another legally recognised ground.
Simply classifying a Product as medical, aesthetic or skincare does not automatically remove all rights of return.
Where a Consumer has a statutory withdrawal right, the applicable period, procedure, return costs and lawful exceptions are explained in our Refund, Return and Replacement Policy.
For qualifying EU distance purchases, this generally includes a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable exceptions.
Rights concerning defective, incorrect or misdescribed Products are separate from voluntary change-of-mind returns.
Claims are assessed according to the Contract, applicable policies and mandatory law.
Store credit will not be imposed instead of a monetary refund that we are legally required to provide.
Any lawful deduction must have a proper legal basis and will be explained.
Replacement arrangements must satisfy requirements applicable to the Product and destination.
Please obtain the correct return instructions before sending Products back.
An administrative Return Authorisation process does not prevent the valid exercise of statutory rights.
Products supplied by us must conform to the Contract and applicable legal requirements.
Any warranty provided by a manufacturer is additional to rights available against us.
GLOWFILLS does not provide:
Medical advice.
Prescribing services.
Clinical training.
Patient-specific treatment recommendations.
Website information and customer-support communications do not replace professional judgement or official Product information.
The treating professional remains responsible for matters within their professional role, including patient assessment, informed consent, lawful administration and appropriate follow-up.
We do not guarantee a specific clinical or aesthetic outcome.
An adverse result does not automatically establish either a Product defect or user error. Relevant concerns must be evaluated according to the available evidence.
Suspected Product defects, authenticity concerns or adverse incidents should be reported promptly with relevant Product and batch information.
Avoid sending identifiable patient information unless necessary and through an agreed secure channel.
Where required, we will cooperate with relevant suppliers and authorities, including in relation to Product-safety notices and recalls.
Business Buyers must, where applicable:
Maintain traceability records required by law.
Cooperate with relevant investigations and corrective measures.
Follow applicable recall or safety instructions.
Stop using or distributing affected Products where required.
Ownership of Products passes once payment has been received in full and the Products have been identified to the Contract.
Subject to mandatory legal requirements, risk of loss or damage passes upon physical Delivery to you or your designated recipient.
For a Consumer, handing Products to a carrier appointed by us does not constitute Delivery to the Consumer.
Different arrangements involving a carrier independently commissioned by the Consumer are governed by applicable law.
Transfer of risk does not remove rights relating to defects or non-conformity existing at Delivery.
Each party remains responsible for its own actions, omissions and legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by:
Improper storage or handling following Delivery.
Misuse or unauthorised administration.
Inaccurate or misleading information provided by the Buyer.
Failure to obtain permissions that are legally the Buyer's responsibility.
Unlawful resale or distribution.
These exclusions apply only to the extent that the relevant conduct caused the loss.
They do not exclude responsibility where our own breach contributed to that loss.
For Business Buyers, indirect or consequential commercial losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law, including indirect losses associated with business interruption or cancelled appointments.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
Mandatory Product liability.
Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
These Terms do not remove mandatory Consumer protections or our express refund, replacement and Delivery commitments.
Performance may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control, including:
Severe weather or natural disasters.
Significant transportation disruption.
Government restrictions.
Widespread service failures.
Comparable events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such circumstances affect an Order, we will take reasonable measures to reduce their impact and communicate material developments.
This provision does not permit us to retain payment indefinitely for Products that cannot be supplied.
Applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.
Promotions apply during the advertised period and are subject to the conditions disclosed for the relevant offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Eligibility and minimum-purchase requirements apply as advertised.
Offers remain subject to stock availability.
Discount codes cannot be combined.
Requests to modify sale Orders after confirmation may not be possible.
Refunds for discounted Products are calculated using the amount actually paid, together with any additional amounts refundable under applicable law.
A promotional gift expressly included in an accepted Order forms part of that Order.
Discretionary extras and special requests are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
High demand may affect processing estimates.
Where a material change affects your Order, we will communicate it.
Promotional conditions do not remove rights relating to defective Products or other mandatory protections.
Reviews must represent genuine experiences.
Submitted content must not contain:
Unlawful material.
Threats or harassment.
Confidential information.
Another person's personal information without appropriate permission.
Material infringing another party's rights.
We may moderate content that breaches these requirements.
We will not remove a review merely because it is negative or present customer reviews in a misleading manner.
By submitting a review directly to GLOWFILLS, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce it in connection with our business, subject to applicable privacy and advertising requirements.
We will not change its meaning or imply an endorsement that you did not provide.
Reviews submitted through third-party platforms are additionally subject to the relevant platform's rules.
Any required permission for identifiable photographs, videos or testimonials will be obtained separately.
You must not:
Use glowfills.com fraudulently or unlawfully.
Submit falsified documentation or impersonate another person.
Interfere with website security or operation.
Access systems or information without authorisation.
Introduce malware or other harmful material.
Website materials, branding and content belong to GLOWFILLS or their respective rights holders.
You may use them for browsing the website and making lawful purchases.
Any other commercial reproduction or use requires appropriate permission.
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.
Restricting access does not remove our responsibilities concerning existing Orders.
We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Where necessary and lawful for Order processing, verification, Delivery or regulatory compliance, information may be shared with relevant:
Payment providers.
Fulfilment partners.
Carriers.
Verification providers.
Authorities.
Acceptance of these Terms does not itself constitute consent to optional marketing communications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory laws applicable to the transaction.
If you wish to submit a complaint, contact us and provide:
Your Order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Relevant supporting information.
The resolution you are requesting.
We will investigate the matter and seek an appropriate resolution.
Disputes may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a Consumer to surrender mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in a legally available forum.
We may revise these Terms for future transactions.
An updated version will display its publication date.
The version available when you submitted your Order governs that Order unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
Later revisions do not retrospectively remove previously agreed rights.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the greatest extent legally possible.
Failure or delay in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, applicable supporting policies and expressly agreed Order-specific terms together form the agreement governing your purchase.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for misleading statements or representations where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
