Its primary component, Poly L-Lactide, works beneath the surface to gradually improve skin structure by encouraging collagen formation. Mechanism of Action:

After injection, the PLLA particles activate fibroblasts, which gradually increase collagen production. As the material is absorbed, the newly formed collagen helps strengthen the skin stkructure and improves overall appearance.

Preparation and Usage Instructions of POWER COL-TRA:

  1. Mix 16 to 17 ml of sterile distilled water with 1 ml of lidocaine

  2. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 to 30 minutes before use

  3. Draw the solution using an 18G syringe

  4. Inject with a 25G to 27G sterile cannula into the SMAS layer below the subcutaneous tissue

  5. Apply approximately 1cc per treatment area depending on the desired result

Post-Treatment Care:

  • Temporary swelling may appear and usually settles within a few days

  • Massage the treated area gently for five minutes, five times daily, for five days

  • Avoid intense physical activity and follow professional aftercare advice
